For a time now I wanted to write and tell you how much Joy Orbison and Mount Kimbie changed my point of view in dance music. I'm a sucker for the 4/4 element but I remember my roots and my love deep-down with the electronica-pop-idm scene, back in 08 with acts like The Postal Service, The Knife and more. But too much electromassivebangers make me crave for a more melodic, harmonic, deep way to
experience music. I really like the dnb/dubstep-minimal scene that seems to push boundaries and bring alot of soul, like Studio Voukko's own favorites:
